Kids Kung Fu/Chinese Kick Boxing

This is a Junior class aimed at both begginers and experienced alike

Karate Jutsu Sasori Te

based on Wado Ryu Karate, but includes Kyusho Jutsu (pressure points), escrima, and weapons systems.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Traditional Aikido

practical and efficient. Taught in a manner consistent with the founder's teachings

Wednesdays 8:00pm and Sunday mornings at 10:00am

AikidoKids

The gentle option. Aikido for kids, teaching avoidance and evasion along with traditional values, whilst still maintaining a sense of fun!

Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Kobujutsu

Traditional weapons training. Sai, Tonfa, Nunchaku, Katana, Bo, Jo. Escrima, knife, kama and more.

Fridays at 5:30pm

Chinese Kickboxing

Get fit… Get tough… whatever your goals, our kickboxing classes will help you. Training just for fun or to compete internationally our highly qualified instructors are here for you.

Adults on Tuesdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Chen Tai Chi

Authentic Chen style Tai Chi, for health, well being, and Self defense. Beginners to advanced.

Wing Chun Kung Fu, The fast and effective martial art first made famous by the Late Great Bruce Lee.
