- Stand as in fig. 1.left hand is forward, left knee is slightly over toes, right arm is relaxed by your side.
- Your right hand, scoops forwards directly in front of your body, and you need to imagine that it is stuck where it is. (When you move your right hand for this should have no outward motion at all).
- Your hand and arm should stay close your body.
- At the same time as your right hand goes forward your right leg should go forward too.
- Turn your hips in an anticlockwise direction causing your left leg to turn and go behind your right leg.
- Lift your right foot and bring it half a step back then, move your hips forward, bending your right knee over your right toes.
- You should now be in the position opposite, from where you started, ready to move again.
