  • Stand Upright, Legs slightly apart (comfortable)
  • Take Half Step forward with left foot.
  • Move centre forward, as you do throw hands out in a relaxed fashion, pointing your wrists 45 o to the floor.
  • Move centre backwards, as you do bring hands up and down in a circular motion. Arms should be at your sides and wrists bent, palms down (with a feeling of pushing down)
  • Repeat 4 times then change feet.
