    • Start as in 1st picture.
    • Swing hands up as in the second picture.
    • Cross your right foot in front of you.
    • Move your left foot left to establish a stable stance.
    • Move your hips , in the direction of the extended arm.
    • Move your hits back to your centre and at the same time swing your hands in the other direction.
    • Cross your left foot in front of you.
    • Move your right foot left to establish a stable stance.
    • Move your hips in the direction of the extended arm.
