- Start as in 1st picture.
- Swing hands up as in the second picture.
- Cross your right foot in front of you.
- Move your left foot left to establish a stable stance.
- Move your hips , in the direction of the extended arm.
- Move your hits back to your centre and at the same time swing your hands in the other direction.
- Cross your left foot in front of you.
