Hands to Eye Level 2 ways.

  1. Stand Upright, Legs slightly apart (comfortable)
  2. Take Half Step forward with left foot. As you do move your centre forward and raise your hands to eye level.
  3. Hands should be shoulder width apart and exactly straight. (Turned in anyway causes you to be unstable)
  4. Move centre backwards, as you do lower hands, closing one finger at a time (only 1 st 3 fingers) starting with little finger.
  5. Arms should end up at your sides.
  6. Now turn to face the other way.
  7. To do this LIFT you front foot and pivot on toes. LIFT your back foot, turn and place comfortably on the floor.
  8. Repeat from “3”.
