- Stand Upright, Legs slightly apart (comfortable)
- Take Half Step forward with left foot.
As you do move your centre forward and raise your hands to eye level.
- Hands should be shoulder width apart and exactly straight. (Turned in anyway causes you to be unstable)
- Move centre backwards, as you do lower hands, closing one finger at a time (only 1 st 3 fingers) starting with little finger.
- Arms should end up at your sides.
- Now turn to face the other way.
- To do this LIFT you front foot and pivot on toes. LIFT your back foot, turn and place comfortably on the floor.
- Repeat from “3”.
