DROPPING ARMS

- Raise your hand up the centre of your body to the position in the first picture.
- Allow your hand to drop outwards in a circular motion, at the bottom of the drop flick your wrist as if removing water. This should allow your hand to have the momentum to travel back up the centre of your body to repeat the exercise
- This exercise should be completed using both hands in a relaxed fashion, clockwise and anticlockwise. one arm at a time, both arms , together , and both arms , while dropping your centre
